Meet Dr. Marie
Meet Marie Homa-Palladino, OD, FIAOMC, IACMM, or Dr. Marie as her patients affectionately call her. Dr. Marie serves as the Director of the MOA Myopia Management Center of Excellence, the region’s leading provider of Myopia Management and Control. A nationally recognized expert in the specialized field of Myopia Management, Dr. Marie is the only provider in the greater Philadelphia region who has earned the distinguished Fellowship in the International Academy of Orthokeratology and Myopia Control. She is also one of the few providers who utilizes the full range of therapeutic strategies, including atropine, orthokeratology, and myopia-control soft contact lenses, to combat the myopia epidemic. Her dedication to helping patients with this condition was inspired by her own struggles with myopia from an early age and by helping her daughters manage their myopia into young adulthood.
Dr. Homa-Palladino’s Experience
Dr. Homa-Palladino has been working in Myopia Management for over a decade and has dedicated her practice exclusively to this specialty. Besides her fellowship in the IAOMC, she has also earned the International Academy Certification in Myopia Management, an advanced accreditation offered by the American Academy of Orthokeratology and Myopia Control. She is a recognized leader in the field of myopia management and a frequent presenter and instructor on the topic at national conferences. Dr. Homa-Palladio is graduate of Salus University (previously known as Pennsylvania College of Optometry).

Get to Know Dr. Homa- Palladino
In addition to serving patients in the Chester-Delaware County area for over two decades, Dr. Homa-Palladino is active in her community and is a member of the local LIONS Club International chapter. Born and raised in the Philadelphia suburbs, Dr. Homa-Palladino is a big Philly sports fan. She loves traveling internationally with her husband and takings girls trips to Disney with her daughters. Her favorite daily activity is going for long walks with her golden retriever, Sunny.
